Start with the request status
- Pending means no verified successful transaction has been recorded yet.
- Paid means the onchain transaction and expected event passed verification.
- Expired means the request window ended without a verified payment.
- Failed means an attempted settlement could not be accepted.
Customer checks
Confirm the wallet is on the request's network, holds the configured native USDC and has ETH on Base or POL on Polygon for gas. Check whether a token approval is still waiting before the payment transaction can be submitted.
Transaction checks
Open the explorer from the wallet or FRENT payment page. A submitted transaction must be confirmed successfully and target the expected terminal. A transfer sent directly to a wallet, or a call to another contract, cannot satisfy the request.
If the request expired before payment, create a new request. Do not share private keys, seed phrases or wallet recovery codes when asking for support. Include only the network, public wallet or terminal address, transaction hash and concise error description.
