Wrong network
USDC on one network cannot pay a request on the other. Match Base or Polygon in both FRENT and the wallet before approval.
Wrong token contract
A ticker that says USDC is not sufficient. FRENT accepts only the native USDC contract configured for the selected terminal. Bridged variants and unrelated tokens do not pass verification.
No native gas currency
USDC does not pay network gas. Keep ETH for Base or POL for Polygon. A token approval may require its own transaction before payment.
Trusting a screenshot or hash
A wallet screenshot is not settlement proof, and an unrelated transaction hash is rejected. Wait for FRENT to validate the confirmed receipt and payment event.
Paying twice
Do not immediately retry while the first transaction is pending. Check its explorer status first. If the request expires without a valid transaction, create a fresh payment request.
