Submitted is not confirmed
When a wallet broadcasts a transaction, it returns a hash before the transaction is necessarily included in a block. Network congestion, gas settings or replacement transactions can affect what happens next.
Confirmed and successful
FRENT requests the transaction and receipt from the configured Base or Polygon RPC. The receipt must exist and show a successful status before verification can continue.
Verified by FRENT
Confirmation alone is not sufficient. FRENT also checks the target terminal, exact payment identifier and amount, payer, merchant and emitted payment values. This prevents an unrelated confirmed transaction from being used as payment proof.
Use the explorer link to inspect public network status. If a transaction is still pending, avoid submitting a second payment until you understand the first result.
